Senior Research Associate Peter Jones was recently involved in a project in collaboration with the Heurich House Museum and Oregon State University to recreate Washington D.C.’s once popular Senate Lager. This project began after Mr. Jones stumbled upon a document at the National Archives that included an analysis of the beer recipe and was recently featured on NBC Washington. Learn more.
